Alex Carey, Founder
Alex has deep roots on the East End of Long Island. As Southampton summer residents beginning in the 1950s, his parents eventually purchased an East Hampton family summer home in 1980. Intrigued by the area’s historic residences from an early age, Alex’s first summer jobs were in construction—and a lifelong passion was born.
In his twenties, Alex owned several high-profile nightclubs and bars—including Triple H and Atlantic Café in Southampton, and Rebar in New York City and Miami—where he enjoyed the process of creating and refining the interior spaces of each venue.
Alex moved into the residential construction business in the mid-1990s and spent the next three decades working on luxury, high-end residences in Manhattan, Connecticut, and the East End.
With a lifetime’s worth of expertise in the technical aspects of construction, renovation, and project management, Alex maintains that his most valued skill has always been his superior customer service, evidenced by the trusted client relationships he’s built along the way.
